7. Entire agreement
Should any of the clauses with the present general terms become null and void through a change in legislation, regulations or court judgement, that shall not under any circumstances affect the validity and non-observance of the other clauses within the general terms. The fact of TIGF not availing itself of any of the provisions of these general terms at any given moment shall not be interpreted as a declaration by the company that it shall decline to avail itself of any of those provisions at a later date.
8. Jurisdiction clause
These terms are subject to French law. Any disputes arising from the application of these general terms shall be subject to French law, and only French courts shall be empowered to rule on such disputes. Disputes between TIGF and all other professionals shall be under the express jurisdiction of the court of commerce in Pau, notwithstanding the plurality of defenders and/or recourse under warranty, even for emergency proceedings or protective procedures by referral or by request.
