Our values

The work we do is founded on a certain number of values and principles, set out in our code of conduct The document is a reminder of our commitments, the principles we have adopted, and the international laws on which we draw. It also sets out the principles guiding how we work with all our stakeholders and the behaviour expected of us, both as a team and as individuals.

The way we work, whether with service providers or between ourselves, is a key factor in:

  • working in complete safety;
  • staying competitive;
  • establishing a trusting relationship with all our stakeholders.

Listening, team-work, cross-fertilisation and daring – the four TIGF values.

LISTENING

Through our human resources policy, our approach is based on listening and social dialogue. Listening means sharing ideas, encouraging freedom of speech and being attentive to those around us. We encourage dialogue with all our stakeholders as part of our external relations.

TEAM-WORK

Building team spirit and maintaining confidence enable us to be effective as a group. Team-work is inherent in all we do. This value feeds into relationships between employees as they take our projects forward, and reflects our work as a public-minded company.

CROSS-FERTILISATION

Our professionalism is supported by cross-fertilisation. Knowing how to consider the multidimensional nature of our projects enables us to take the best advantage of our complementary skills, helping us to do our work fully and effectively.

DARING

We are always on the lookout for greater performance, so that we can continue to meet new challenges. Re-evaluating every person’s day-to-day activities, daring to think and act differently, inventing without taking thoughtless risk… it all helps optimise the company’s efficiency and lead us to excellence.
