TIGF offers three types of services for responding to requests from Eligible Customers and Consignors: a connection service, a transport service and provision of additional services.
TIGF offers Eligible Customers a Connection Contract, the aim of which is to define the Delivery conditions and the methods for measuring natural gas as well as the conditions for operation and maintenance of the Connection. This contract is made directly between the Transport Operator and the Eligible Customer to respond to the latter's long term visibility requirements on the conditions of its natural gas service.
TIGF offers Consignors a Transport Contract, the object of which is to determine the conditions and methods according to which TIGF undertakes to remove the Quantities of Energy made available to it by the Consignor at one or more Entry Points and to deliver equal Quantities of Energy to the consignor at one or more Delivery Points.
TIGF also offers Consignors a Service Contract for responding to any other requirements they may have. The Additional Services section contains a description of the services offered by TIGF.
The CRE (Energy Regulation Commission) asked GRTgaz and TIGF to set up a joint working group in its communication dated March 21, 2007 in order to draw up proposals and an action plan aimed at facilitating routing operations and gas exchanges in the South of France.
GRTGaz and TIGF have proposed, in a report published publicly, a programme for the improvement of their services that complements the coordinated infrastructure development plan.
