In 2006, TIGF launched a large-scale communication campaign to prevent damage to gas pipelines. 25,000 leaflets were distributed among building and civil engineering companies, agriculture and forestry businesses, neighbours, town halls, local communities, infrastructure, transport, housing, departmental fire and rescue services.
